The Learning Circle (TLC), in collaboration with Qamar Institute for Type Development (QITD), presents “The Power of Type,” a 2-hour introductory-level interactive session designed to help participants discover how personality type can shape self-awareness, communication, relationships, and leadership.

Through an engaging exploration of personality types, participants will gain insight into their natural preferences, patterns, and strengths, while learning why people may think, communicate, and respond differently. The session will also explore how understanding yourself and others can improve interpersonal effectiveness and leadership.
